I wear the basic cover-up, eyeliner & mascara, i was just wondering if there are any tips for make-up for my skin tone. I have a fair skin tone, blonde hair, & hazel eyes.
if u were to use fondation dont apply to the upper lip as it can give u a shadow like a mustash also really u just wanna look natural just apply a little fondation/podwer & stick to the eyeliner mascara & a bit of lip balm cool sexy….
The best thing you can do for your skin is to use a sunscreen every day. Even when it’s cloudy or raining, there are still damaging rays out there
A full spectrum sunscreen is best – be sure yours blocks both UVA & UVB rays, & has an SPF of at least 15.*
Try to always take off your makeup before going to bed – sleeping with it on can cause breakouts.*
To make your eye shadow last, dust your lids with loose face powder first. Leaving a bit of excess powder under your eyes until you’ve finished your shadow application also makes it easier to brush off those foundation-destroying color flakes that always seem to land there.
Allow your eye cream a few minutes to absorb before beginning your makeup application – the shadow will clump up on your lids if they’re damp.
For lipstick longevity, use some loose powder between coats. After the first coat of lipstick, press a one ply tissue over your mouth, & lightly brush on some powder (over the tissue). Apply the second coat & you’re in business
Repeatedly pulling hair back tightly can cause breakage & may even result in permanent hair loss. Use coated elastics, & don’t put too much tension on your hair.
Sunscreen isn’t just for your face. Your neck & hands are almost always exposed & will show signs of aging way earlier than most of us would like – remember to protect them too.*
try experimenting with some light eyeshadows (neutrogena mineral sheers are good) use a light color on your eyelid to your eyebrow & then use a darker color on the crease of your eyelid. also try a light blush, blush is suppoused to be the color you turn when you work out. Smile & apply it to the apples of your cheeks. (don’t listen 2 ppl who say to apply it up to your cheek bones, unless a professional does it, you look like a bad 80’s flash back.
Also try a light lip stain like Burts Bees
1. always curl your lashes, it makes your eyes seem bigger
2. don’t cake your face in powder cover up!
3. put moisturizer on over creme blush to make it seem more natural
4. use brown eyeliner, since you have blonde hair black would be too heavy
5. browns, purples, light pinks, & golds, look great on hazel eyes.
5. don’t use eye liner all around your eyes, it will make you look like a racoon!
6. if you have fair skin, try using a light bronzer (brush it lightly on your temples, cheek bones, chin, & the bridge of your nose). lightly!
those are the tips i know & i use them daily
