I use eyeliner pencil & if you sharpen the tip well you can get a thin line really close to the lashes & it won’t make eyes look smaller. On the contrary, they look bigger & brighter
Since your eyelashes are thin, just a brush thats small. Try Great Lash by Maybelline (its pink & green). Coat your eyelashs just once. Then at the edges of your eyes, like halfway, add a couple more coats. Then with your liner, outline the outer eyes, from the end to about halfway. Take a light colored eyeshadow & dot your inner eye. Perfecto!
