Pencil Eyeliner On Waterline?

How do you remove pencil eyeliner from waterline..
everytime i try to remove it stings since i use baby oil & its 2 hard to take off..
-tell me some brands or ways i can remove eyeliner
also how to remove mascara well

    dont put it on too deep on your water line or it won’t come off!
    just wait till you take a shower & wash your face good!

    shower & use a towel to rub of any extra that you couldn’t wash off. Or use Neutragena’s gentle clenser. It removes make-up

    use clean & clear
    there’s one that says that it removes waterproof mascara
    it helps a lot
    don’t use baby oil that’s bad for your skin
    also use the clean & clear lotion
    that works great (:

    Try using a Kleenex for mascara & possibly a Q-Tip with eye makeup remover to gently rub of the eyeliner off of your water line. Any brand of makeup remover should work but it really depends on the brand of makeup you use & if it’s water proof or not.
