Use plum Liquid eyeliner. I don’t care if you pick me but try it. I have green eyes & plum highlights them perfectly! Good Luck!

black,green eye liner. but try applying in different ways look on the internet, as some ways of applying your eye liner can wake your eyes look smaller & some ways make them look big. get practicing
When trying to make your eyes pop you should use complimentary colors. So If your eyes are Green you should use purple eyeshadows & just stick with black mascara & eyeliner & use what works best for you. Hope I helped:)

It would make your eyes pop.
Make sure the purple isn’t dark.

Get very very black mascara. I just use covergirl. Then get like a purple plumish eyeliner. This isnt what u asked for but get like a nude or very light pink sparkle eyeshadow & put it on ur lid & then lightly all over the area around your eyes. It looks gorgeous on everyone.

i like mac makeup for this but for the eyeliner try urban decay.
if you want cheaper things that work just as well try maybelline.

Almay Play up the hazel… my eyes are super green & this makes it look even greener! also… try using purple eyeshadow… makes your eye POP

I would say black. Since you have green eyes(lucky you) LOL i would say that you should do a cat eye look. The black will make your eyes stand out.
