i just bought a new mascara & i love it!
the only problem is that it flakes a bit.
is there a primer or some other product that i can apply
to my lashes before or after i put on mascara to keep
this from happening?
I have my trusty April 2008 Australian Cosmo right next to me, & there is an article in it about that saying:
“For lush lashes, apply mascara, then gently press loose powder on to lashes with a cotton ball, creating a synthetic thickening fibre, so with another coat of mascara theyll be fatter & longer. set the curl with the back of a warm teaspoon

If you have a Walgreens near you, look for Tropez Double Dare Mascara & Primer (it’s only $3.99), plus it’s mascara & primer in one.
If you want a more expensive, separate primer, try Smashbox’s Layer Lash Primer ($16).

Try sephora… I think Bourjois has a primer. Smashbox has one too.
