you can’t keep your eyes open. i mean like every time i apply it on my eyes close. i can’t hold them open for my life & whenever my friends put some on me i still can’t hold my eyes open. so whats a trick to putting on mascara?

I am 11 years old, & blonde with green eyes, I am trying makeup for the first time for a change. I was wondering what color shadow, & most of all, how do you apply it on your eyelids right? Oooh, & what kind of mascara? I thought blondes were supposed to wear like a brown kind…..and one mre thing, what do you do when applying mascara? Sorry for all those questions! LOL I will be thankful for helpful tips, pictures, videos, etc.!

ok i know it sounds strange – but i want to be able to apply just a small amount of masscara so its not totally obvious that ive got it on but so that it makes my eyes look pretty

ha ha OK so i have thick eyelashes & they’re like average length maybe a little bit long but they are a horrible medium brown color with blonde ends & they go in a ton of different directions & theyre basically just really challenging to put mascara on & i was wondering if you guys new any ways to apply it easily

I am new to the whole wearing mascara thing, & I just bought a tube of Colossal Volume by Maybelline New York. I probably should’ve asked about the brand first before I bought it, but too late now! Anyway. I have an eyelash brush. It has bristles on one side, & a comb on the other. I tried applying it already & my lashes were kinda clumped. So if you could help explain how to apply it right so it’s not clumpy that would be great! I just want to make sure that i don’t have too much on the brush & what not. So thanks! Your answers would be much appreciated!!

I have ben applying mascara for years & years; however, one area that I have struggled in is getting both eyes the look virtually the same. As far as length & curl is concerned. I have often seen women with perfect lashes! They are the same length & curl, & are not pointing in all kinds of directions, as mine sometimes do. I am not consistent, but I do try to curl the lashes first (my curler is probably 10 years old, I am not sure if that matters) for 10-15 seconds, then I apply 1-2 coats of mascara & then I comb them. How can I be better at this? I’d really like my eyes to stand out, & in a very good way! I have had this problem no matter what mascara I have used, & I love my current one. Please help.

I tried using that stick thing, but nothing was on my eye or whatever. I pressed a little hard & still nothing & it was BRAND NEW. T_T can someone seriously help me because I’m afraid I might poke my eyes out.

My eyelashes are blond, so… I’ll have to apply mascara on both sides? But it’s almost impossible! And I will look funny if I put mascara on the front of my eyelashes & leave the back side of the eyelashes blond.. Please help!
