Mascara Answers

i was goofing off at my friends house, when she found some bright blue sparkly mascara & put it on me. shes not very good at putting it on, & only managed to get the tips blue. we laughed about it, took some pics, whatever, then went & tried to wash it off.
it didn’t come off.
it was still on my eyelashes after 2 packs of makeup removing wipes. not wanting to go to school with “alien eyes” i just cut the blue part off so they’re only half as long as they used to be.
even though there’s still half a lash there, will they grow back to their original length naturally??

I bought some false eyelashes, the individual ones (not the strip), & the directions on the package say “DuraLashes should be replaced as your natural lashes shed. (About 4 to 5 weeks)”
I’ve never worn them before. So i’m confused by what the package says. Does that mean I’m supposed to wear them for 4-5 weeks straight before removing them or am I supposed to take them off each day & then buy new ones after 4-5 weeks?
Also, do you recommend using mascara over them or should I just use the lashes without it? …and last question, the package I bought is a combo pack of short, medium, & long lashes. Am I supposed to use all one length at a time or am I supposed to use the longer lashes on the middle & the shorter ones on the ends of my eyes?

I curl my eyelashes to make them longer, but when I apply mascara my eyelashes just fall down & never stays up no matter how much or how little mascara I put on. When I don’t put mascara on, my eyelashes are fine. So I want to know how to make your eye lashes thicker & longer? Which mascara is the best to use for me cuz I have thin eyelashes?

I’ve done this for probably 8 months. I mean, I’ll sleep without them on for probably a night or 2 a week… why? because I have NO eyelashes so even when i put mascara on it makes no difference.
They say eyelash extensions aren’t bad, so isn’t it the exxact same thing?
my question is.. will my eyelashes be able to grow back even with them on?
will it be better if I take them off before i sleep & re-apply them in the morning?
any advice would eb greatly appreciated!!!!!

I’ve heard that using tem after you’ve applied mascara, while more effective, can cause your lashes to break after an extended period of time. Is this true?
What about using the curler BEFORE appling mascara?

Like without changing my mascara because I have alot of the Loreal extend or something like that anyway is there anything while applying the mascara to make them longer & thicker or anything(besides a curler cause i do that? Or any techniques when applying? I know it sounds dumb but i would appreciate any answers! Thanks:)

I’ve been using lash blast mascara, it works awesome, but since using it Ive notice my eyelashes falling out way more than usual when I remove my makeup. Anyone else have this problem with this mascara?

whenever i apply mascara onto my bottom eyelashes, they’re too short so they don’t go down if u know what i mean, like they stick out, i’m not sure how to explain it. haha they don’t curve downwards like most people’s bottom lashes do.

well for st. patricks day im going out to a party.. in san francisco they are clossing the whole street off. so its huge block party lus festivites.. i bought fake eyelashes for this ocassion.. lol they came with glue.. they are green & black…
whats the best way to put them on??? successfully??? do i put on mascara first??? then i put on the fake lashes.. i dont want to use mascara after i get them on cause its black & will cover the green i guess>>???
im not sure hwat to do! its my first time with these things! how do i handle the glue situation?? lol

My eyelash are really straight & i’m wondering how u curl them without the use of eyelash curlers, it’s really annoying, everytime i use it at least 5 eyelashes comes off. i use mascara covergirl professional mascara with curved tip. any ideas on how to curl eyelashes without the use of curlers.?

okay i dont know why but i have this phobia about loosing eyelashes. & im 18. i don’t wear makeup that often, except on special ocassions, the weekends, & to work (2-3 days a week) however, when i remove my eyemakeup (mascara) i loose between 1-3 eyelashes from each eye every time! my friends say they never do. & im afraid my eyelashes will eventually be all gone & not look the same. bc right now they are long & i have a lot, but i feel i don’t have as much as i used to. do they grow back when you loose them? is it bad to loose that many? & how fast do they grow back??! help please….

The thing is.. i always apply mascara like every day & use an eyelash curler .. & i think because f this my eyelashes which were once long & beautiful have become unalined & different sizes & directions.. which is annoying!
so.. any tips to keep them looking healthy & beautiful?

My lashes used to hold a curl all day long. Now, once I start to apply mascara they just go limp. Could it be an age thing?

Every time I apply eyeshadow, some of it always ends up on my top lashes! I can’t really apply mascara on my top lashes because, well, it just doesn’t show up. My lashes are too dark. But I’m always afraid of just wiping the shadow off of my eyelashes because I don’t want to mess up the makeup Ive just done. Any tips?

I got some eyelashes extensions, & when I try to remove them, I pulled out some of my real eyelashes ! Is there any way to make them grow fast?
Also, the ones I have left, look really weak..how can I make them stronger?

I have tried everything to make my eyelashes curl. I normally curl them, apply mascara, then once the mascara’s dry, I curl them once more. I even bought a eyelash curler that was specifically made for hard-to-curl eyelashes. The curl never lasts longer than a few seconds. What else can I do?

Everytime I apply mascara it gets all clumpy & when I try to curl my lashes they sometimes go in different directions & it looks weird. What can I do?

My eyelashes are pretty damaged & don’t look nearly as pretty as they used to even when I put mascara on them, in fact, it’s hard to apply mascara to them any more because they are so damaged. If anyone knows of anything I could buy or any remedies for repairing them, I’d really appreciate it.
