Mascara Answers

I can’t wear regular eyeliner OR hypoallergenic eyeliner, anymore, since about 6 months ago. My eyes would water extremely, turn red & itchy, & my VISION itself changed. Ever since then, my vision has never been quite as good & I still occasionally get slight floaters (only when I blink), & sensitive to light/dark changes.
I’m 15. near-sighted (a bit), no glasses, & don’t give me the “go to the doctor” answer, we can’t afford it.
But the problem is, why can’t I wear it? Did I have a cut on my eyelid or something?
I apply it below the waterline, & don’t even get it near the corner of my eye, I don’t apply it under my eyelashes or let it touch my eyeball, I’m very safe & very conservative with eyeliner & barely use it. It still is wrong for me.
I noticed this started only with BLACK eyeliner (but I’ve tried black eyeliner of diff. brands & regular vs. allergenic, but got the same results, albeit the eyeliner application was great, haha).
Is there any reason for this?
Just 10 minutes ago I dabbed just a tiny stroke on each eye & cleaned it off with a q-tip. I’m not having problems yet (seeing as how there’s none there, but this too used to bother me), so maybe I’m over it? But in the case I’m not, any suggestions? I miss eyeliner & feel bad every time I see the joy of other’s wearing it (mascara & eyeshadow alone looks bad on me).

so i just got some liquid eyeliner & i tried applying it but i couldn’t do it right. ive tried youtube but they don’t really help me because i usually just wear black eyeshadow ,mascara & eyeliner & pink lipgloss
at the moment i use black eyeliner pencil
i usually wear it in an emo way (because im emo)
any advice greatly appreciated

I have individual lashes on & got told I shoud out mascara on them to lend with my real lashes so I did. However, it is hard to remove the mascara cause I dont want them to fall off.
I’ve got my lashes done about 4 times now at a salon & they normally last about a week cause I get annoyed at them & start pulling them out.
I want to be able to wear eyeliner with the lashes but worried about the removal process.
Could I wear eyeliner or not?

my eyelashes are sore from masccara & it hurts when i put on eyeliner cuz that skin got soft or something & its tender. why is that? can you help me with it & good applying tips??

ok well I have brown eyes & I tried a dark green eyeshadow under my eyes (i used it as eyeliner) & loved how it looked. So I was wondering can I use my Great Lash mascara (soft black) with my eyeshadow/eyeliner if its not the same color? I like natural make up & all I wear is eyeliner mascara adn some powder on my nose so I dont want it to look like im wearing makeup.

How do i apply eyeliner & mascara properly?
I want to know how to apply eyeliner so its barly noticable but its still there
and mascara so my lashes go to maximum length.

Ok, Middle School is going to start at the beginning of next month for me. (i’m going to be in 7th grade)
I like to put black eyeliner. (the scene way, don’t make comments about how i put it on)
Usually some of it fades away after awhile. (about 2 hours or so) And last year i have to keep on retouching it in the bathroom..i don’t want to do that because i end up losing my eyeliner at school. (sometimes i drop it..xD)
My mom won’t buy me anything other than eyeliner or mascara yet. So i don’t have much that will help it stay on longer.
I do NOT want to buy liquid eyeliner because i don’t want to mess up because sometimes my hand will shake a little)
I also don’t want to buy a new one at the moment. (i have two of the same eyeliner i’m going to finish before i might buy a new one)
I am using Revlon Luxurious color. I previously used Revlon Colorstay, but it always breaks, (the tip falls off until i run out sometimes) it fades a little as well, & i find it easier to use pencil eyeliner instead.
What could i do to help it stay on longer? I heard “burning” or warming up the tip of the eyeliner helps. And putting powder underneath helps too.

our school isnet allowed makeup but everyone wears it anyway. but if you have it on noticably you get made to take it off. I only wear i tiny bit of mascara but by the end of the day it has worn away & looked weird. Is their anyway i can apply mascara & eyeliner subtly & make sure it stays ?

My eyes are dark brown, almond shaped, & on the small side. So what colors of eyeshadow, mascara, & eyeliner would be good for my eye color & shape? Nothing too dramatic, though! Thanks!

I’m new to contacts & I’m wondering if I should remove my powder foundation, eyelinder, & mascara before or after removing my contacts?

I use black mascara & eyeliner but they always make my eyes look hazel. Which is fine but which colors would play up the green color. Please anyone with green eyes who actually knows this.

Just curious…because my sister spends 15 minutes a day applying eye-liner & mascara.

i need to know. i prefer towelettes. i heard neutrogena has some but idk if its available in stores or online. if its available in stores tell me. other wise tell me ones that is the best in your opinion. (it wont clog pours, removes make up leaving your skin look healthy & nice)

I need a new face wash (preferably neutrogena or clean & clear). The Neutrogena Deep Clean Cleansing stuff made my face break out so maybe something not so rough. Any suggestions?? Just a regular cleansing stuff to keep my skin clear & to prevent acne (because i dont have any & i want to keep it that way)
Also…. I need an eyeliner that won’t smudge & won’t look like washed mascara at the end of the day (stays the same all day & doesn’t run) Preferably a good brand from wal mart.

I wear contacts – & I’ve been buying the hypoallergenic makeup, but I still can’t figure out how to apply eye makeup . Any tips?

So I use eyeliner a lot & it always looks crooked so I have to wipe ot off & start over again almost everyday. Is there like a special way you can put on eyeliner without it getting crooked? I put it on on the top of the eyelid & some on the bottom but mostly on top. And I use mascara too. When I put on my mascara the brush is kinda spiky & isn’t real thick. My eyelashes always get bunched together & it looks ridiculous & later in the day the mascara stays on but my eyelashes are all over the place.. Is it the brand I’m using? Any advice?

I have eyes that are hard to define in terms of color,they are a mixture of grey,green & blue. Which color eyeshadow will be best with them?what about eyeliner & mascara?I have very fair skin as well.
