I’m 5 ft 6 & a bit chubby.
I have long dark hair (which i need help with what to do with)
My eyes are quite big & I wanna be able to do the smoky look but dont know how (i have pencil eyeliner, dark green eyeshadow & mascara waiting for me to learn how to use).
i have 2 wear for school, a bright red jumper, grey trousers, white shirt, red tie & dark shoes. how do i make myself look nice?
I want general advice on how to do my hair & make up. i have the following things;
GHD straighteners, curling tongs, hairspray, hair mousse, bobbles, clips, hair gel. eyeliner, eyeshadow, foundation, mascara.
also, after looking at my myspace pictures, how shall i look good on weekends too?
i’d really appreciate your help guys, & no negative comments please if poss!

I’m 14 going on 15 & I’m allowed to wear make-up it’s just that I really don’t know what kind of make-up to use. (eyeliner, mascara, eye shadow… ect.) I also don’t know which colors to use. There are some people out there that can pull of colors other that black & brown, & there are some out there that just can’t. I have worn make-up several times but because I’m still not too comfortable with wearing it because I’m very self-concious of whether the make-up looks good on me & what doesn’t. I don’t want to be the girl that people look at & are like “omg that girl doesn’t know how to wear make-up” The times that I do wear make-up it’s really noticable… my friends all said I looked great, all that I was wearing though was a brownish eye shadow & a brownish eyeliner. SO if you can help… I’ll take all the advice I can get

Im 13, I have slightly oily skin. I need some advice on a natural looking makeup. I get the occasional spot, I do use coverup & sometimes mascara. Can you reccomend anything else? I don’t want anything too heavy as it will block my pores.

ok…so the only makeup i wear is eyeliner & mascara. & i have two main questions:
1) what type of eyeliner leaves the skinniest line (liquid, gel, pencil?)
3) does diorshow mascara really work wonders? im not poor but more middle class & i cant really go & spend $24 JUST on mascara esp. if it isnt what i wanted (i want something that will make my lashes go WAHM! without buglegs or clumps.) i dont live by any makeup store (other than walmart or walgreens lol) to i cant even test it out. sooo please give your honest opinions about it. pros &&& cons please!
also…i have watery oily eyes…any advice on eyeliner tips or brands i should use?

I’m going to 7th grade.
I need advice.
Crush: I had a crush on this boy that I really liked in 6th grade but I let him slip through my fingers because I was to shy to talk to him. Everytime he walked past me I’d pretend I didn’t see him. When he said hi I would say ok or hi & turn away fastly. I knew he liked me because all my friends told me even he did but I was just to shy. How do I build up my confidence to talk to my crush. Me & him are friends now. But if I have a crush this year I still wanna know
Make-up: I wanna start wearing make-up I know how to put on mascara & lipgloss. The only things I wana wear is eyeliner,lipgloss, & mascara. But I am really bad at putting on eyeliner how do I put it on.
Shy: A lot of people liked me this year but they all said I’m shy when I first meet them but really outgoing after awhile I wanna be less shy around people I don’t know. Instead of being outgoing with just people I know. How can I break out of my shy shell?
Clothes: I know how I like to dress but I wanna know where I can get clothes cheap. Not wal-mart or target my mom refuses to shop their idk why. But something like Kohls maybe. No hollister or abercrombie or anything please I can only fit into their shirts pants not so much they don’t have a butt on their pants.
How do I stay organized & be more motivated to study & do my homework my grades weren’t bad but I wasn’t that motivated.
Bras: I think I’m fairly small in the bra size for my age I’m a 36b will I ever grow anytime this year cause I had my first period this june & I turn 12 in august.

I have green eyes, dark brown shoulder length layered hair with side bangs, I have an oval face with light copper skin, I’m 5′3 & 98 pounds, I wear a size 14 in kids, 0S in juniors, 32A bra. I’m in t 8th grade I get straight A’s or A-B I’m in Algebra 1, Spanish 2, Language Arts, Civics, Band- flute, Physical Science, gym, & keyboarding. I play volleyball & dance ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical, pointe, & hip hop. I play the flute & piano. My room is almost always clean. I have a lot of friends, I have a boyfriend. My style is preppy/sporty. I like American Eagle, Aeropostale, Old Navy, Limited, Forever 21, Pac Sun, Abercrombie, & Hollister. My favorite shoes are Sperry Topsiders & potatoe shoes. I wear a lot f necklaces. I wash my hair with either Garnier Frutics Sleek & Shine or Herbal Essences Drama Clean. I use Dove Go Fresh body wash. I use Venus razors & Skinimate shaving cream. I don’t always wear makeup, but when I do I wear a little concealer, pressed powder, a little eye shadow, mascara, & lip gloss. I love school. I have a brother, sister, half brother, sister in law, & brother in law. I have two nephews & a neice. I live with my mom & dad. My dad is a lawyer & my mom is a house wife. My brothers are all in the army. I live in Virginia & hope to go to UVA & become a teacher. I love my life! 2009 has been an awesome year so far!

any tips or advice?

I’m going into 6th grade & I want to start wearing makeup (not a lot).I was thinking just some lip gloss, a LITTLE bit of mascara, & MAYBE some light brown eyeshadow (natural looking)?Would this look bad?And maybe cover up if I get a bad zit?I don’t want to look like I’m trying too hard.I also don’t know what too wear?not really girly.any advice?

I am going swimming with my family this afternoon at about 4.
It is 10:30 (almost) right now.
I have been clearing up my acne but, it’s not completely gone yet.
I still want blemishes to be covered up & stuff.
This is the exact makeup I use.
Concealer: Revlon color stay (LOve it & it covers nicely).
Foundation: Pressed powder from Covergirl. Clean. (really nice but comes off about 3-4 hours after applying).
Finishing powder: I use a loose powder from Physicians formula sometimes just to even it out (It’s a nice powder).
Blush: Physicians formula blush (Love it)
Eyes: stilleto mascara (waterproof but rubs off & makes me look like a racooon).
I really need help with my face how to make my makeup stay all through the day & maybe even in water..would hairspray make me break otu if I sprayed it on top of my face when the makeup was on it?
Eye makeup… How can I make the mascara stay on without dripping?
I am not going to have time to go pick stuff up cuz My mom is picking me up at 12. We are going to go swimming at 4 but, I am hangiing out with family & friends from 12- tomorrow morning.

The only makeup I’m allowed to wear is mascara, powder, blush, & lip gloss. Do you think this is too little? Because I don’t want to look like I’m left out from everyone else, because it seems like everyone else gets to wear eyeliner, & eyeshadow, lipstick & stuff- & the reason why my mom won’t let me wear it because it seems “tacky” & “way too grown up on a 12 year old.” I just want your opinion on all of this. No negative comments please.

How do you apply black pencil eyeliner I’m 12 & i just started using make-up also.. is their tips on mascara please & thank-you!

Can someone explain to me the basics of make up? like foundation, concealer, liquid eyeliner vs pencil, eyebrow pencil, choosing the right eyeshadow, the best mascara for lengthening lashes. Links would be helpful too. I’ll take any advice. I have good skin & rarely breakout . I sometimes get puffy eyelids & dark areas under my eyes how can i best fix these problems? I would like to know how to properly make myself over since my idea of make up is eyeliner, cheap mascara & chap stick. Thanks for any help you may offer.

ok, i’m starting swimming in school on monday & i need advice. i just had an outbreak on my face a couple days ago because of an allergic reaction & its pretty bad. How do i make my acne subside by monday? Also, is there any REALLy good waterproof mascara you know of? I need some makeup on or i’ll go nuts! PLEASE HELP!!!!!

Okay so my eyes are extremely itchy & sting & hurt really bad i use makeup but only medium eye shadow & sometimes mascara but nothing more. I’m 11 years old andi am dying 2 know what could possiblly be the problem! so any help!? or advice?! thanks.
