Mascara Answers

I’m going to be flying with American Airlines. I just need a bit of last minute advice & what not…just to make sure that I am not doing anything wrong as far as packing & check in procedure goes..
Alright…as far as I know, I believe that the following make-up items are in the ‘liquid’ family & should probably be put into the quart sized bag:
-mascara
-liquid eye liner
-lip gloss
-chap stick
-liquid eye shadow
-deodarant
If I am wrong then please just let me know.
As far as soap, razors, & shampoo goes, I think I will take someone’s advice & just purchase them all when I get to the island.
I booked my plane ticket with expedia, so I was wondering if I check in on aa.com the day before (friday)? And do I need to call AA to see if there are any changed or delays with my flight or should I call the actual airport Im going to be flying from? (new orleans)
Any advice you guys could give me on how to not “over-pack” will also be much appreciated! Thanks
