Does it work? How waterproof is it?

My eyes look awesome with mascara on cuz i have long & curly lashes, but if i don’t stop using it i will end up with 0 lashes! So i need some tips about make-up without mascara… man, that sux!

Should I curl my own eyelashes before I put them on?
Should I curl the fake eyelashes?
Should I put any mascara on my own lashes, or the fake ones?
and any additional tips you can give me?

Okay, I think my skin care routine needs a makeover! I have oily skin with some acne pretty much all over my face & blackheads on my nose. I can’t use Neutrogena because I’m somehow allergic to it. & it needs to be pretty cheap. I have used all Clean & Clear for most of my teen years & would like to continue to do so, I just don’t know which products to use!
Here’s what I currently use…
In the Morning – Clean & Clear Morning Burst Detoxifying Cleanser, Clean & Clear Soft Day Moisturizer (SPF 15), *sometimes, if I need it* Clean & Clear Persa-Gel 10
During the day- sometimes if my skin gets really oily, to the point where I can’t stand it, I’ll use the oil absorbing sheets.
At Night – Same Cleanser, Soft Night Moisturizer, Blackhead cleansing Pads on just my nose, & again *sometimes, if I need it* the Persa-Gel 10.
I also use the C&C Soft In-Shower Facial 2-3 times a week.
I am pretty consistent with this routine. I do wear a little makeup (Loreal mineral foundation, eyeliner, mascara, & lip gloss)

SO am I doing too much or do I just need a change in products? Or am I doing a good job & just need to stick with it?

I did a test – one night left it on & the next night I took it off. Perhaps the mascara is bad?

I don’t want any chazalions or styes. I read the styes are caused by staph, so how could vaseline cause them? Does anyone here use vaseline to make their eyelashes longer? If you do, please tell me if it works or not. Lol, is there a doctor in the house?

I switched over to almay from avon due to watery, itchy eyes. Now, my eyes are still watery & itchy & I also developed dry, flakey, red skin around my eyes (under my eyebrows & in between my eyes). Is there a common ingredient in one of the products that is causing this? Is it more likely the mascara, eyeliner, or shadow? What should I do? I can’t NOT wear make-up to work- I work with the public. Any advice or experiences would help.

my eyes are pretty big, & they are dark brown. one day i got professional make up done & they made my eyes pop so much… anyway i am useless at applying eyeliner & i dont have an eyelash curler, so, what types/colors of eyeshadow should i use to accentuate my eyes?? & is there any way of applying mascara so that eyes look bigger??

i have dark red / auburn hair, light skin (not the typical redhead pale, a little darker), hazel-brown eyes, & light brown eyelashes.
i usually wear black eyeliner & black mascara & most of the time it looks okay, but sometimes my light eyelashes show at the roots in bright lighting. so i’m thinking maybe i should start using brown colors instead? also what color eyeshadow do you think would work? sometimes i wear white.. anything else?

Since I was a teenager I’ve curled my lashes & applied mascara right after to hold them in place. As a result, I now have thin lashes, & not too many at that!
I’ve read that curling lashes is actually worse than just using mascara alone, is that true?
Also, is waterproof mascara more harmful than regular mascara?
Someone please explain all this

i have medium tan skin, big brown/black eyes, long eye lashes, good sized lips, & a heart shaped face. my hair is layered a little past my shoulders with side awept bangs. I don’t know if im using the right colors for my features on my face & skin tone. Right now i just use black eyeliner on the top lid, black mascara, bronzer for my cheaks, brown eye shadow & i wear my hair straight down, is this the best choice for me? PLease help!

so it have mascara on it & idk if it could have infected it. the needle went into my foot pretty good. & theres a trobing pain in my foot now. could it be infected? what can i do to stop the pain>?

try coating your lashes w/ vaseline & using your fingers to gently rub it out.
then, a warm wet cloth helps remove the vaseline.

i need all day protection. i have good skin very little acne, but my t-zone is crazy oily.clean & clear is out. i am not looking to spent too much on stuff, about $30 for my moisturiser, cleanser & toner. i need someting with at least 15spf, also to remove waterproof mascara

I have moderate acne & am sick of it showing. I just had a hormonal flare up & tomorrow want to cover my acne up a bit with pressed powder. I am not a makeup (I wear eyeline & occasionally mascara but that’s it) wearer, so any tips for using powder to conceal acne? Any tips for blending powder? Also, should powder be used just on your cheeks or on the forehead & chin, too? Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

I’m 15. i don’t use makeup except mascara. I have acne, & i want to try to clean it up. However my mom doesn’t want me to use makeup. How can i make my face look nice without using makeup?
