Mascara Answers

Any tips? Like how do you put mascara on? Do you curl your eyelashes first then mascara or the other way? I would like to keep it looking quite natural as well, price doesnt matter. Anything helps!
Ive got blue eyes, medium-ish brown hair & quite a pale complexion (from Scotland) haha if that helps?

Hi, I only wear mascara & sometimes eyeshadow but would love to wear more makeup. I want to look natural but girlie (and pretty) at the same time. What foundation, blusher, bronzer etc. do you think is good & is a reasonable price nothing over £20 please!
