you can’t keep your eyes open. i mean like every time i apply it on my eyes close. i can’t hold them open for my life & whenever my friends put some on me i still can’t hold my eyes open. so whats a trick to putting on mascara?

Argh it happened to me this morning!
I was in a rush to get to school & I quickly put it on then straight away I sneezed & the wet mascara went all under my eyes. ARGHH. I had to remove it & start over again.

I use black mascara, black eyeliner (on the top & bottom), but when i remove it, it takes me ages & my eyes always end up really red.
Is there any way to stop this & for me to get it off easily? My mascara isn’t waterproof so i;ve tried taking it off with water but it doesn’t work. Cleanser wipes don’t work either. I always end up rubbing around my eyes to get it off & then i’m left with red eyes.
So basically what can I use to get it off easily?

i go to the clubs all the time & i dance & as u all know it gets really hott in there. my make up always looks gorgeous at the begining but the more drinks & more i sweat i look like a 2 dollar hooker trying to get the smokey eye effect! haha any tips on how to keep from smuding?!

This has been a problem I have had for some time now. No matter WHAT brand of volumising mascara I use – whether it be Loreal or MaxFactor or Maybelline, the problem is the same. After I remove said volumising mascara before bed, I notice that I seem to amass gooey strings of black stuff in my eyes that I have to get out with a cotton tip. This makes my eyes water like nothing else. How can I stop this from happening? It’s usually only after I take the mascara off, though if the mascara flakes a lot it can also happen. The thicker I put the mascara on, the more black gooey strings I end up with afterwards. Does anyone know how to prevent this from happening, or perhaps a volumising mascara that doesn’t do this?

i would like a mascara that is good for eyelashes..=)

This is a reaction that literally happened overnight with a product I’d been using for a while. I’ve tried switching brands & brushes as well as colors but still having the same problem! It’s not a bug, as I have thrown away all the old stuff & allowed my eyes to clear before using a BRAND NEW product. Any advice what caused this & what I can do about it? I can wear eye liner & mascara but still, I really miss my eyeshadow!
