Mascara Answers

okay i have been advised to throw out all my eye makeup after a bad case of conjunctivius. So now I have no liner no mascara, eyeshadows or primer.
i also want a new foundation. It cant be too exensive like MAC or BeneFit. my budget doesnt reach that I mean like Rimmwl, Maybelline, NYC or Gosh.
I have really pale skin & I love Demi Lovatos make up styles. Also Kim Kardashians eye make-up!
any help would be awesome as I dont know what to get.

preferably eyeshadow, primer for eyes, eyeliner, mascara, & lip products other than lipstick.

i have nine MAC pigments (dark purple, light purple, dark blue, copper, yellow, champagne, white, fuchsia, & a VERY light pink) , revlon sugar sugar lip topping in a pink color, dark brown liquid eyeliner, liquid foundation, black pencil eyeliner, four victorias secret beauty rush eyeshadows in baby pink, light green, light blue, & a purpleish color ,
a teal pencil eyeliner, a light purple pencil eyeliner, light pink shimmerey revlon lipgloss, sparkley pink lipglosses, covergirl pink shimmery lipgloss, clear lipgloss, & more lipglosses of that sort, oh & a black revlon mascara thats one side is a white primer & the other side is black mascara.
i dont have a closet full of makeup, so can anyone think of a look for me that i can do with my makeup?
i dont care if its dramatic, or subtle, im looking for a cute lok that i can either wear to parties, or just to the mall/beach, anywere.

i put mascara, lip gloss & primer. but does moisturizing your skin helps?, well i never did it, & when i wash my face, in a while, my skin will become very oily & does moisturizing will help stop the oily skin & does it really open pore( is it a good thing to open pores?)

What can I bring? Any information I find is 3-4 years old & only about liquids in general & not specifically make up. What would be considered liquid & where could I find smaller versions of it? Would mascara count as liquid?
I plan on having:

-lotion
-tinted lip balm
-eyeshadow primer
-makeup primer (lotion like consistency)
I could get small bottles for the lotion & makeup primer, but I don’t know where I would get small mascaras & eyeshadow primer. Would I have to put all the makeup in a clear plastic bag?

I am going to the store to get new makeup. I think just liquid foundation mabey powder too & some mascara. What are the best brands that are good. Do i need to get primer to keep my makup on stay on all dya. What is the best mascara that makes your eyes just glow?
